Executive Chef Jab Phoochangthong is starting to cook Japanese food in 2010 and Co-Owner Yaowalux came to study faculty of Arts (BIR Traning Center, University of the Potomac) While working to pay their bills they began to feel that they would like to be in the restaurant business.
